We have a 48-hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM (local hotel time) 48-HOURS or 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. If you cancel or modify your reservation post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Holidays & special events are subject to seasonal rates. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation. A refundable deposit is required upon check-in. By Booking Online, you have received our best rates. Online Web rates cannot be combined with any other offers (discounts) or specials. Accessibility Features

Mithila Hotel is a Historic Place and does not permit wheelchair and mobility accessibility to be readily achievable without destroying the historically preserved nature of our Hotel. At this time, we do not have a room that is ADA Accessible for mobility impairment for wheelchairs but we are working with the San Francisco City Planning to find a solution to more readily accommodate guests with mobility impairment.  We do, however, provide the accessibility features for individuals who face audio or visual impairment including braille signage and ADA A/V kits for our guest rooms.


Mithila Hotel offers the following services: baggage storage, an activity desk, a concierge desk, wake-up calls, an airport shuttle (charges apply), fax/photocopying services, and daily housekeeping.

Guest Parking

Public parking is available at a location nearby. Reservations are not possible. Our guests are provided with a discounted rate. Unfortunately, we do not have private parking at our hotel. For accessible parking please contact any of the local parking garages near the hotel.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to the hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment.  ABSOLUTELY NO-SMOKING. We pride ourselves on being a breath-easy, smoking-free property. Guests who smoke must do so in designated areas. There is no smoking in the guest rooms.  If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card a minimum cleaning fee to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning a guest room. NO PETS ALLOWED -please see our pet policy. Any guest who violates the pet policy will be charged a cleaning fee. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for payment and incidental charges.
