Nice room and good location staff nice

Extremely helpful staff member and quick to help out. My go to stay when I need to be in the city. Have buses going all over the city near by.

Sam is amazing super friendly and great hospitality. He is always super friendly to us. It is customer service is five stars.

Just stayed here last night. Reasonably priced, clean, and spacious. The front office employee, Sam, was very accommodating and professional. I was surprised how nice this place was considering the size and location. For something short term and cheap, it exceeded expectations. Even though this is located in the Tenderloin, outside of the hotel was not loud, dirty, or surrounded with undesirable people. Will definitely be back here soon.

I loved check in. Loved location. My room was great, clean and the fridge was bigger than I thought! I had a problem with something and the owner/manager handled it quickly and effectively. I will stay here again!

Book this hotel owned and ran by a lovely family. Rooms were great. Clean, everything you needed and wanted. We stayed over the weekend and I’m already booking another stay a month from now

We loved this hotel, and the area it is located. The hotel itself is very clean, it felt secure, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed to be comfortable and had a nice view of the street. At night we enjoyed sitting by the window looking below at all the activity. Well priced with a very comfortable bed. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We wanted to visit San Francisco, but we were on a tight budget. The economy queen room was just what we needed. The room had nice amenities, a shared bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. The affordability of the room allowed us to enjoy more of San Francisco’s attractions.
